Choose Wisely

Have you ever tried to teach someone else’s lesson plan and power point, on short notice?  Even if you know the material, in general, you will be ‘off your game’!  Your timing will be way off.  You might find that you’re just reading off the slides and even your stories that you use to give real world examples will be off cadence and sound almost hollow and uninteresting.

This is what you get if you choose poorly and hire an expert witness that chooses to use A.I. to write their opinion reports.

What a disaster in court!  Imagine you trying to keep your expert on task (even after pre-court preparation) and they sound as if they are trying to recall a script that someone else (A.I. Bot) wrote.  Instead of your expert relating to the jury they come across ‘lost’ and sound indifferent.

What you absolutely want AND need is an expert that is intimately familiar within their field of work.  An expert that does not need to memorize an unfamiliar script but one that actually wrote the report!

An expert that is polished enough in their profession and relates to the jury, society and media.  One that can explain their points and opinions in a way that people not only understand but can apply the presented concepts in their own mind with their own made- up scenarios.  That’s how expert witnesses assist you in winning your case or trial.
