What makes a great expert witness?
An expert that has hundreds of hours of instructing and teaching can turn the courtroom into his/her classroom. I have always enjoyed instructing. But find that I really enjoy looking around the courtroom and watching everyone in there, sort of slow down and ‘become’ a student. Interesting case/ shoddy cop work
Just wrapped up sitting as an advisory witness and Use of Force Expert for a case involving self defense. This case involved a person that was assaulted by their domestic partner. During the assault the victim in this case used taught self-defense techniques to defend themselves. 911 was called, by the victim.
